Professional Conveyancing
My solicitor was always on hand and assisted by well informed and competent assistants. The assisted living flat for which I purchased the lease presented quite a legal challenge as the original freehold was leased to the developer’s subsidiary and sub-leased to another specialised subsidiary, and then myself. Because of the complexity the process took considerable time, but at each stage I was kept fully informed in a friendly approachable manner. Thank you.

Selling my home
Lanyon Bowdler have been super-efficient and helpful in the selling of my home. Emails were answered very quickly, usually the same day and any complications dealt with, with knowledge and expertise. Although the whole process did take a while I think this is now the norm. LB kept it as straightforward as possible and I would happily use them again in the future.

Smooth process
From start to finish, our house conveyance was smooth and, for us, totally hassle free. Kaylee dealt with everything professionally and promptly, with the minimum of fuss. We were keep informed at every stage of the process, and we were always aware of exactly how things were progressing. Kaylee was always available when we needed to ask a question, either answering our calls, or when occupied, returning calls as soon as she was free. Very happy with Kaylee Evans and Lanyon Bowdler
I know that conveyancing, for good reason, grinds along at tectonic speed. For various reasons my house purchase had added complications. Outstanding service
