Jayne is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Litigation Department based in our Romsey office having joined us in February 2023. With vast experience working with individuals, landlords, tenants and businesses, Jayne is able to advise on matters such as contract disputes, debt recovery, Director, Shareholder and Partnership disputes, Consumer disputes (i.e. faulty goods), landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes, adverse possession claims, Wills disputes and much more. Jayne prides herself on helping her clients navigate their way through the intricacies of bringing or defending a claim including Alternative Dispute Resolution methods and the Court and Tribunal system. She aims to take away the stresses of litigation, advising clients in a way to help resolve their issues in a cost efficient and timely manner using plain simple English. Jayne graduated with her LLB Business Law in 2005 from Bournemouth University before studying for her LPC, also at Bournemouth University, gaining this qualification in 2006. Upon qualifying as a Solicitor in 2008, Jayne worked for various law firms in Southampton and then Bournemouth across a range of departments including residential conveyancing, property and litigation. Her experience in various departments enhances her skills for dispute resolution with an understanding of how those areas of law practice. In May 2023, Jayne completed Dementia Friends training. With an enhanced understanding of dementia and its impact, Jayne is committed to providing compassionate and tailored support to her clients that respects their unique needs and fosters a supportive environment.
