I bought a flat that, alongside the buying process, was going through a lease extension and as a first time buyer, this was all alien to me. However, Joanne and her team (Nicola and Olivia) made everything so much easier for me. No matter what questions i had, simple or otherwise, i always got a reply very quickly with the answers i needed. They were also great at keeping me up to date with the latest news regarding the purchase and lease extension progress with frequent reports that laid out the information in an easy to read and understandable format. I can't fault anything really, they really are a great firm with great solicitors and would highly recommend them for conveyancing services.
