We are truly grateful that Morgan Hill Solicitors, especially Mr Adeel, took on our immigration matter without charging us any fee, at a time when we genuinely could not afford legal help. We applied for a Visit Visa, but unfortunately it was refused by the Home Office. Our son then contacted Morgan Hill Solicitors to ask for advice. He explained honestly that he could not afford legal fees at that time, but it was very important for us to visit and spend some special time with our son and his family. What truly touched us was that Morgan Hill Solicitors chose to help us without charging anything. They supported us simply out of kindness and understanding of our situation. They prepared a detailed Pre-Action Protocol letter to the Home Office, setting out new grounds, pointing out errors in the decision and adding extra information for the Home Office to reconsider. All of this work was done completely free of charge, on a pro bono basis, because we were struggling financially. The service from the whole team, especially from Mr Adeel, was exceptional. At no point did we feel that we were being treated differently because we were not paying. The support, communication and respect we received throughout the process were outstanding. We are deeply grateful to Mr Adeel and the entire Morgan Hill team for their kindness, humility and professionalism. They helped us when we needed it most, simply out of humanity, and we will always remember that.

AVOID THIS PLACE AND SPECIFICALLY MR. ADEEL!!! This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a solicitor. I was given verbal promises that were completely abandoned the moment paperwork appeared. During our first meeting, I was told that the remaining 50% of the payment would only be due a month after my file was submitted to court yet the written agreement said the opposite. If you cannot stand by your own word, you should not be making these promises to clients. Five months passed and nothing meaningful was done with my case. On 14 October 2025, I was told the file wasn’t even submitted properly and that a refund had been “requested.” A month and a half later, I was told the exact same story clearly no action taken whatsoever. Meanwhile, I was still expected to pay more money for results that never happened. I had to hire another solicitor just to understand how poorly everything was handled. The work done so far is useless and cannot be used anywhere. So what exactly was I paying for? Hours of “work” that led to absolutely nothing?
