As head of the Corporate and Commercial Team Deborah uses her vast experience to advise her clients on all types of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions and disposals. She is involved with businesses at every stage of development and her recent work has also included putting in place and advising upon structures for new and existing business ventures and initiatives (including international trading and structures) and dealing with reorganisations.

    Acquisition went perfectly

    Deborah and her team provided fantastic support on a company acquisition for me. Pulling together a multi-disciplinary team to advise and carry out the transaction effectively with just the right balance of hand-holding, legal advice, and commercial pragmatism.     Huge support during sale of business

    Eaton Smith have been our go-to legal advisors for many years. When we decided to sell our business Deborah quickly assembled and led a team to support us with the transaction.     An excellent guide to this challenging process

    We sold our Company to our management last year and from start to finish we were offered sound, considered and pragmatic advice by Deborah and her colleagues. The process is not fun nor stress free and the ability of the lawyer to rack up the stress and mistrust between parties is very easy but we avoided all of this as Deborah was happy to follow the heads, the brief and our wish that the process be friendly. I highly recommend them.
