Jessica Davis- Fastidious meticulous personable professional

Jessica is safe hands. Builds a defence efficiently and methodically from the moment of appointment. She is across everything. Scours the disclosure, comprehends, assesses any exhibits and locates the weakest and strongest points of the case for further discussion whilst searching for anything questionable in police/CPS procedure. Presents a considered, tactical and detailed Defence Statement then maintains pressure on the prosecution throughout. She is fearless in her approach, often using flaws in prosecution evidence as leverage to weaken their case. This will all be done meticulously and leaving ample time prior to trial to have further discourse with both her client and prosecution. In addition she is very approachable and responds in a timely manner. All of the above are the reasons why I will always recommend Jessica and if I need representation again she would be the first person I would contact.

Huge thank you

Few weeks ago we needed urgent advice and support with the police regarding a matter concerning allegations against our adult son. We have never faced such a situation before and we’re very uncertain and concerned about how to deal with it all. Based on a friend recommendation we approached McArthur solicitors for help. The whole of the McArthur team , starting with Andrew and then Lauren and thier colleagues were super understanding and supportive in our time of stress and need and did all they can to help us through that uncertain and worrying period. Lauren took fantastic care of us and escorted us with every step needed . The case was then placed with Jessica, who guided our son in the utmost sensitive supportive and professional way to the best possible outcome under the circumstances. We are very impressed and greatful to them all and couldn’t recommend them enough for their care and help.
