Few weeks ago we needed urgent advice and support with the police regarding a matter concerning allegations against our adult son. We have never faced such a situation before and we’re very uncertain and concerned about how to deal with it all. Based on a friend recommendation we approached McArthur solicitors for help. The whole of the McArthur team , starting with Andrew and then Lauren and thier colleagues were super understanding and supportive in our time of stress and need and did all they can to help us through that uncertain and worrying period. Lauren took fantastic care of us and escorted us with every step needed . Andrea took on my case in march April time She handled the case with confidence and integrity she was able to to gather evidence that I couldn’t receive and constantly reminded me to stay positive throughout this hard time in my life. With the help of George, he was able to conduct a process of collecting supporting information from my peers to help with my case.
