Kuldeep Clair is a solicitor with over 25 years’ post-qualification experience. He has a PASSION for the law, and getting RESULTS for his clients. His extensive experience includes: - Employment law (having advised employers and employees on extremely complex disputes). - Commercial matters, and drafting contracts of all kinds. - Civil disputes and litigation -Divorce / Family law, including children disputes and pre-nuptial / post-nuptial agreements. The sheer breadth and variety of Kuldeep’s experience is a major asset; he has previously worked as the Head of Employment at a London solicitors’ firm and has also served in the public sector, advising two local authorities, each employing thousands of employees. He believes that his experience advising on ‘both sides of the fence’ provides an invaluable perspective on legal disputes. Kuldeep is also an accomplished ADVOCATE who regularly sees cases through to conclusion by personally handling the advocacy of his cases in courts and tribunals. He developed this advocacy skill early in his career when he worked as a criminal lawyer under the supervision of one of his early guiding Principals, to whom he is very grateful, who later was appointed a District Judge.
