Avoid, unprofessional and lie
My experience of Parry Law is they are unprofessional and lie even when caught out in the lie they try to gaslight you or just ignore it

Do not use them they are unprofessional and ineffective
I have used Parry Law to assent a property into my name, I have paid fees upfront, they refuse to respond to me even after a formal complaint. I still have no idea if they have actual put through the forms to land registry as they will not give me a reference number. I have had to put in a case with the legal ombudsman and the SRA.

Excellent Service
I have used Parry Law for my last two house moves. Most recently my conveyancing was handled by Stephen Parry, and the service and advice has been exemplary. This most recent move was particularly trying, with many late changes from the buyer and Stephen was able to guide me when things got trying, without ever stepping outside the bounds of what was legally decent. He is also just a thoroughly good bloke and I was never in any doubt that he was acting both professionally and kindly. I recommend.
