I moved into the property of my dreams in October 2022 thanks to Kirsty. I have been busy renovating the property and have not had time to leave a review, until now. I would not be where I am today if it were not for Kirsty.
She stayed with me through a number of properties that fell through. Finally I found a property that was for sale through the new auction system. Kirsty had seven days to complete this complicated sale, she went above and beyond to make sure she got this property for me and managed to get everything completed, she was amazing. Review of conveyancing service provided by Hedleys.
Kirsty Hudson from Hedleys did the conveyancing for the sale of my elderly mother's apartment in Suffolk and the purchase of her new apartment in Whitley Bay. The fact that she lived 280 miles away was not a problem and the communication ,via myself, was excellent. I am hoping to do a similar move myself in the near future and intend to use them myself.

Conveyancing
The process, a house sale, was completed in less than 3 months and I was kept fully updated at all times. The funds were transferred at the time of completion. Although the sale involved a leasehold property there were no complications.

House Sale / New build buy
Overall a good to very good conveyancing service. At times communication could be a little slow but understandable give high volume of work. The essential communication was always there when needed and at the right time. I would recommend the service

Excellent service by Kirsty and Beverley at Hedleys & Co
After selling my property I really understood how challenging it can be to find a good conveyancer to give your case the time and attention it needs. For my onward property purchase I knew I had to get this right and Hedleys & Co came recommended. I was apprehensive at first as they are based in the North East and I am in the Midlands so couldn’t just make a quick trip to the office. However, from day one, the professionalism shown by Kirsty in dealing with our case was second to none. Our paperwork was handled efficiently, we got regular updates on the status of our case and the portal was updated so we can view progress, next steps, etc, ourselves. At critical points when we needed to speak to the office, this was not an issue and got those verbal updates/reassurances as well. Our new home is a new build property, so completion on notice, but again Kirsty and team ensured we had all the required documentation and in the latter stages even pushed the seller’s solicitors to fast track our completion as we were living in a hotel at this stage. I would highly recommend Hedleys & Co Solicitors and in particular Kirsty and Beverley who handled our case to absolute perfection. Thanks

Great Service for our house move.
The service we received from Hedleys was far superior to experiences with other solicitors. The communication and pleasant way we were dealt with was outstanding particularly Kirsty guiding us every step of the way.
