I was drawn to the firm by their compelling advertising. Leo's punctuality and concise communication style greatly enhanced my experience, and I appreciated the convenience of the conveyancing service they provided.

My Dealings with Kieron Bromiley & Leo Johnston were excellent

Both were available to answer questions by phone and email, always with a prompt response, saving both time and effort and speeding up the whole process - excellent communication and less stress with the selling process - Thank you.

Dealing With Loss

Having used Hedlrys in 2016 to deal with our wills we hold no hesitation in going back to the practice.

The efficient way they handled our 2016 visit, had not changed. The same efficiency applied to any needs in 2023.

I would use Hedleys again without a second thought.

Highly Reccomended

I was anxious about approaching solicitors after the death of my husband. However, at Hedleys I was greeted with professionalism, warmth, patience and understanding. I'm so thankful that my late husband's affairs are now taken care of. I can confidently highly recommend Hedleys Solicitors.

Flat sale

Dealt with sale of flat. Communication was a little difficult at times. Impossible to contact by telephone, everything via email. However, emails were responded to quickly. There were some issues with the leasehold which were not picked up on until quite far on in the sale.

Thinking of asking FCA or NCA how is called when a conveyancer like Hedleyes doesn't send you any important communication for your matter to be sloved until the late fees are coming to a few thousand. Is that fraud or I'm having a physical brakedown at this point after being the late fees documentation? Just wondering out of science 🤔

They are charging around 1300 late fees and is impossible to get in touch with them to finish a propiety conveyancing. So at their fault is charging the customer this will be a FCA authority and ncca and customer complaints government to have a look I to it - to me sounds like fraud.

I have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this firm regarding my property purchase. Initially, my case was handled by three different solicitors, leading to unnecessary confusion and delays. Despite providing all required documents promptly, I faced last-minute requests for additional information and a significant increase in the quoted fee, far beyond the initial estimate.

Communication has been a major issue. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, and emails go unanswered. Despite assurances of lower fees, I was charged an additional £1,200 due to delays on their end. The service has been unprofessional and inadequate, causing immense stress and frustration.

I strongly urge potential clients to consider these issues before engaging with this firm. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I would not recommend their services. If this is not going to be an amendment nor reviews and further legal actions will be taken will settle.
