Claim for Possession of Rental Property by OWC
I contacted OWC in June 25 to deal with a claim for possession of my rental property. My initial enquiry was dealt with by John Soper; John was very helpful, and his attitude, and explanation of the stages involved in the possession process was so thorough that I was swayed to use OWC. Sarah Maoutik then became involved in the preparation of the claim, and then later, the bailiff warrant. Sarah was highly professional, kept to her word, making sure I was kept informed during the whole process. The time taken by OWC from start to finish to deal with my case was less than expected, and the work far exceeded my expectation.
