After struggling to find a solicitor that could deal with my case I found my self with the most incredible family solicitor.
Heather Broadfield has been outstanding, the help & support she gave me & my partner over a the 2 years case was second to none. Heather is unbelievably professional and has worked tirelessly throughout. Along with her team.

Complex custody case
Heather has been my solicitor for around 18 months. She has represented me during a complex custody case that involved social services and a fact finding. From start to finish Heather has been emphatic, professional, knowledgeable and driven to get me the best possible outcome. No question was silly and she was able to explain a complex situation so that I understood all the legal documents/language.
Heather explained every step of the way and prepared me incredibly well for each hearing. She supported both me and my family throughout a very difficult time.
Heather is very knowledgeable about family law and was able to use this to move my case along. She also has a very detailed knowledge of the social care system that she was able to use during my case in order to gain answers that I was unable to gain on my own.
Heather kept in regular contact and promptly informed me of updates and changes. She gave me the important updates that I needed and didn’t overwhelm me with things that I didn’t need to know.
More than anything; Heather was incredibly approachable. There was zero judgement for the situation I found myself in and she also has a great sense of humour which made an awful situation a lot easier!
Hopefully I won’t ever need to use Heather again due to the nature of her work however I would 100% recommend Heather as a solicitor to anyone who finds themselves needing one.
I am eternally grateful to Heather for getting me the best possible outcome for my case!

Solicitor Review
I have used Heather as my Solicitor for the past 2 years or so and she has been brilliant. She is very client focused and very good at managing expectations when it comes to the legal system and the Courts. She is very efficient and effective in what she does and make the point clear from both my stance point and from a legal stance. She is very compassionate and understanding when it comes to the topic of her work, my sole case being Child Custody, but is still able to explain the process clearly and so it is easy to understand. Everyone going through this process has their own ideas about how they want to deal with the case, and Heather shares those values, but is very much able to "bring you back down to earth" with setting expectations without coming across as rude or insensitive given the nature of her work. Heather has help me achieve so much over the past few years and all I can do is thank her for it. She is brilliant at what she does and I would recommend anyone going through the same or similar situation to consider her when choosing the right Solicitor for them. I do not have a bad word to say.
