Drafting a relatively complex Will
I used Paul to draft my Will which was relatively complex because I wished it to create, if necessary, a vulnerable person trust for my wife who is in 24 hour nursing care and unable to look after herself. I then wished the residual estate to be divided between family and other personal beneficiaries and charitable bequests. Paul took great care to understand my wishes and then to explain the draft Will and associated Letter of Wishes. All done speedily and sympathetically.

Outstanding Service
We used Paul Baker to help us write a will and he provided an outstanding service. He listened carefully to our requests and then translated them into an easy to ready will with a memorandum which provided the context for the different bequests. When we saw the draft we were incredibly impressed with how he had clearly articulated the brief. He was courteous, understanding and went out of his way to help us deliver this to our timelines. We would highly recommend Paul.

Getting Lasting Power of Attorney

Comprehensive and Professional
We have previously used Slater Heelis for a property transaction and found their service to be excellent so they were the natural choice when it was time to get our wills in good shape.
