Having never needed to use a solicitor before, I was nervous and didn't know how I would be perceived. At all times I was made to feel valued, the advise and support was excellent. Very prompt service. The solicitor represented me in court, and changed the original charge to a much less charge which will mean a far less impact on my career. The solicitor and his staff always were willing to answer questions and the secretary never failed to respond within hours of any emails I sent. The solicitor was down to earth but professional. I would have no doubt in recommending this firm and definitely Mr Swash and his secretary Diane.

Matthew Swash was amazing from start to finish - he made everything so simple and was sure to keep me in the loop at all times. He dealt with my brother accordingly to his needs and Matthew genuinely is a very approachable, caring, kind person and I would not hesitate to use him again should I need too. Di was a super addition to our case and she was very professional with her calls and correspondence- she made the process of paperwork very easy.

Engaging a solicitor
