Received excellent service from Jane Riley at Kerseys. The Grenfell fire has created difficulties selling highrise, leasehold flats with external cladding. This is requiring changes in parliament to both leasehold and building safety laws, a process that is still ongoing. I knew it would be difficult to sell my flat quickly but with the support and guidance given by Kersey, everything has been completed reasonably smoothly and with reasonable speed.
