    First class service and support

    This is the second time we have used Lucas to help with our new commercial lease, fantastic service, very approachable, knowledgeable and efficient. Brilliant that he remember are previous appointment and remembered all the details, which meant we didn't have to lose any time going over everything again. Exceptional care and patience taken to make sure I understood all the nitty gritty details, explaining things more than once when needed - this was really appreciated.     First Time Buyer - Always use Lucas!

    We used Lucas as our solicitor for buying our first home. There is not a bad word to say about the experience - all he has done is make me realise how poor other solicitors are in their processes. In fact, at one point the estate agent told me that he was being ‘too thorough’ (there should be no such thing when you are handing over the biggest amount of money you have ever handed over. The speed in which our purchase went through was 6 weeks from original instruction - which is half the average time of a normal purchase (this was not an average house and there were a number of hurdles and obstructions). Lucas was not phased when other solicitors were chasing for an update, or even saying they would pull out of the sale because he asked some pretty standard questions. Instead he used his experience and expertise to handle the situation and ensure everyone was happy. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would, and will definitely be using Lucas for any future purchases or legal help!
