From my very first conversation with Alexandra, Jonathan, and the team, I felt genuine support during the most stressful period of my professional career. What impressed me most was that they were willing to offer guidance and support before I had even formally instructed them. At a time when I felt completely overwhelmed and unsure where to turn, they took the time to explain the process, answer my questions and help me understand my options without any pressure. That immediately gave me confidence that I was dealing with people who genuinely cared. When I was facing Fitness to Practise proceedings, I felt incredibly isolated. My own insurance company and professional organisation offered zero practical support, so having a legal team who took the time to understand my case, explain every step and fight my corner made an enormous difference. One thing that stood out to me was that they took the time to listen to my side of the story in detail. Rather than simply accepting the allegations at face value, he made sure I had the opportunity to explain what had happened from my perspective and helped ensure that my account was presented accurately and fairly. I didn’t feel like just another client; I always felt that she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for me. Thanks to their help and support, I was able to successfully oppose the application for my interim suspension. Remaining in practice while my case continues has been genuinely life-changing. It has allowed me to continue treating my patients, maintain my livelihood, and avoid the devastating personal and financial consequences that an interim suspension would have caused. Throughout the process, communication has been excellent. I have always received honest advice, realistic expectations, and prompt responses to my questions. Even now, Alexandra continues to explore every possible avenue to protect my interests, including challenging my insurer's refusal to provide cover for the substantive hearing. I would not hesitate to recommend Alexandra, Jonathan and the team to any healthcare professional facing regulatory proceedings. Their expertise, professionalism and compassion have made an incredibly difficult experience much more manageable, and I will always be grateful for the support they have given me.
