      Made a worrying process seem so smooth

      I received a fitness to practice complaint from someone anonymous. It was a very strange moment over something that had no place being directed towards me. Still, it was very concerning so I got in contact with the UCA and Jonathon, who was extremely fast to respond to the matter, settle any worries I had and without much stress the matter was quickly behind us. I’m very thankful for how professional he was, for all of the advice and genuinely just how much he cared! Chris
