Immigration Issues
We had great experience with Mr Robert Sparks, our Immigration Solicitor of Henry Hyams. He is very efficient, detailed oriented and highly professional. He is very knowledgeable, answers to all our questions and doubts. He responded promptly, gave us guidance, good advice and update about our son's immigration issues. He had stuck by us all these whiles dealing with a very complicated and stressful immigration issues for our son who is a foreigner. We admire Mr Sparks composure, work ethic and most of all his excellent representation to Home Office. It's because of him that we are getting reunited with our son back home.

CHALLENGING ASYLUM CASE
I worked with Henry Hyams over several years on a claim for asylum that was successfully resolved. Just Wonderful!
We instructed Rob to assist in obtaining a Sponsor licence for our business to recruit a new employee coming from Australia and to obtain a visa for the employee. Rob explained the process and costs clear language. Rob secured the licence and visa is record time which is great for our business. Rob kept us updated at every step and delivered on budget. Highly recommended
The ukvi process is a minefield to navigate, knowing that you have a competent lawyer who has your back makes the process far less stressful.
We were let down with our original law firm when Rob Sparks was recommended to us. He was calm and reassuring and ensured the correct decisions were made, there was no question when we submitted our second application that we would use him again to secure our future together in Uk.
