Kim was absolutely excellent throughout the process of purchasing our first property. We were very nervous as we needed to be out of our rental property asap and had concerns about how long things could potentially take to complete. Whilst the house sale took its time, with an undeclared chain, Kimberly and her assistant Elaine were very professional throughout and extremely effective in the elements of the process that were in their control. However, after receiving the initial service quote, I thought the website was of no value. Never updated and even today, after completion, tells me the completion date "will be advised when known". This did not change the fact that I would thoroughly recommend the business and of course Kimberly Skuse and Elaine.
