Kim was absolutely excellent throughout the process of purchasing our first property. We were very nervous as we needed to be out of our rental property asap and had concerns about how long things could potentially take to complete. Kim ensured that we stayed a step ahead at all times so that there would never be a delay on our side. We ended up completing in under 7 weeks which is something we didn't even consider would be possible. I honestly cannot recommended Kim and H&S enough.

Absolutely outstanding. We were on a very tight deadline, Barbara and her team were fantastic. I can not recommend them enough. They were so patient, kind and professional throughout. Any questions we had they were always so quick to answer. Buying a house in such a short amount of time was challenging but Barbara did it. Thank you.

I used Thomas Murray from the Wills& Probate. My circumstances were particularly unusual. Thomas was so supportive I honestly do not know how I would or even if I would've got through it all. He even took time to speak with me out of office working hours and days. I highly recommend Thomas at Holley & Steer.
