Excellent local solicitors

Probate and Estate
When my mother died I contacted Sarah Babajee at Holley and Steer for help with probate. She has been sympathetic, professional and efficient at all stages. Amazing help with late father's estate
We used Sarah Babajee to fulfil our immediate legal requirements in dealing with a loved relative's estate. From the outset Sarah was both professional and patient; clearly outlining the process and timescales involved and also both realistic and honest in informing us of where there was work we could do and where there was work she was best suited to do. As a result, she efficiently wrapped up the estate, applied for probate and dealt with setting up the payment we needed to make to HMRC for inheritance tax. Sarah has been a pleasure to deal with; a kind voice on the phone and a pleasure to meet in person. She has made a difficult process, at a difficult time, straightforward and fair. If you need a probate specialist with both integrity and a great understanding of accounting for a loved one's estate we couldn't recommend Sarah more.
