Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2001, having achieved 2:1 law degree at Liverpool Sir John Moores University and a distinction on the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School, and has been undertaking Criminal and Regulatory work ever since. Rachel is a qualified duty solicitor for both police stations and courts. She provides a 24-hour service to clients detained by the police and also advises and represents those facing magistrates and crown court proceedings for any criminal offences, including criminal, motoring and regulatory offences. She is an experienced road traffic solicitor and has a wealth of experience representing clients under investigation or having been charged with any motoring offence from the police station, magistrates court and crown court.
