Kind, Professional and Reassuring
Kate acted for me in securing a Consent Order for my divorce. We had an initial meeting and then the remainder of our follow up communication was by e-mail. Kate was a great listener and provided all the necessary information clearly and professionally but in a very supportive way. I left our initial meeting with an understanding of the process, with clear next steps and feeling much safer and more confident. All of her e-mail communication continued in the same vein with a great balance of professionalism and human kindness which was greatly appreciated. The split from my husband had, hitherto, been very amicable and it was important to me that this continue throughout the process. Kate was very respectful of this and her e-mails to my (now ex) husband were also clear, kind and professional. Thanks to Kate’s excellent advice and approach, the Consent Order was agreed in full and very quickly by the courts. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kate.
