I suffered a bizarre personal injury when visiting a medieval hotel. A very old, very large, cast iron bell was not hung properly and fell on my thigh. Fortunately I took photo of the bell and the broken hook. Although I didn't break a bone - I had a severe injury to my thigh and it still hurts 18-months on. A child or dog could have been killed. Hannah Wood from Progressive hand-held me through the process of getting damages and I am very glad to have taken my case to them. They were brilliant at every stage.
