Private Law Children Gurpreet represents parents in private law disputes, regarding where a child is to live or what contact they are to have with each parent. Gurpreet can further advise clients on varying or enforcing existing court orders Representation of extended family members Gurpreet can also assist extended family members such as grandparents, who sadly also can be impacted in matters involving children disputes. Recognition Gurpreet completed his LLB Honours Degree at Wolverhampton University. Gurpreet subsequently undertook an LLM in International Human Rights at Birmingham City University and completed his studies, passing the Legal Practice Course at Birmingham City University. Gurpreet qualified as a solicitor in March 2019 and was admitted to the Law Society Children Panel in September 2024.
