Listened to what i needed and guided me through swiftly while offering expert advice. Even when my exs solicitor was being pedantic and trying to run up huge bills with unnecessary emails, fay kept things simple and kept his solicitor in line with her fantastic legal knowledge. Everything was done without delay and to a very high standard, there was no unnecessary contact and she was always at the end of the phone. It felt like fay had my best interests at heart all the way through the process.

Fay was an excellent solicitor and thanks to her experience issues within a very complex divorce were covered (at the time I would not have thought of them myself) that ensured I’m protected from further financial abuse from my ex-husband. It’s expensive service but I think worth it as I feel I was able to break free quicker thanks to Fay’s legal expertise.

have been absolutely superb. They gave me expert advice at all stages of my divorce and guided me through the process with accuracy. This made things very simple for me as a client. I was assisted with questions that I had succinctly, as I am, as many, not familiar with some legal terms and their implications. Any enquiries that I had, were swiftly and delicately responded to. I can't praise Staffordshire family law solicitors representative Fay Rotherly enough after contacting them to book a free consultation. After speaking with Joseph the secretary who took down some information then passed me over to Fay who asked some further questions and advised me there and then on a 10-minute phone call saving me time to go into the office for my free 1 hour consultation.The advice was free of charge and they put my mind at rest on a subject that I didn't know or understand, explaining the details and the legal guidelines on the subject I needed help with.
