    Difficult house sale with great support

    We instructed Lawrence Dunne for the sale of our mother's house when she went into a care home. The process was not straightforward due to a number of reasons however the service from Lawrence was very helpful and professional. Communication was clear and responsive and we were always kept up to date. I was more than happy with the service and would certainly recommend Lawrence to others.

    Lawrence Dunne solicitor for sale of house

    We cannot fault the professional service and diligence Lawrence showed during the time he acted on our behalf. Our first attempt at a sale was difficult but throughout this time we felt both supported and represented by him, as our solicitor. He was always quick to respond to any queries, and we always felt he was managing the sale process on our behalf. We never had the need to follow up anything, as our experiences showed he was always proactive and would always contact when needed, whilst at the same time behind the scenes he was clearly efficiently managing our sale. This gave us a sense of trust and faith in him handling the sale. The sale of the house, after relisting was quick and efficient and again, we were always informed of progress and anything that we needed to do. We would highly recommend Amity and Lawrence, based on our experience over the past 15 months.

    If at first you don't succeed

    Lawrence Dunne at Amity Law was professional from start to finish when selling my Mother's house. Assisting when the initial buyer messed us about and kept me from telling the second to jog on (understanding the honest from the less so) and keeping in touch at each step along the way.
