    If at first you don't succeed

    Lawrence Dunne at Amity Law was professional from start to finish when selling my Mother's house. Assisting when the initial buyer messed us about and kept me from telling the second to jog on (understanding the honest from the less so) and keeping in touch at each step along the way. Would happily recommend!

    Purchase of new property with Lawrence

    Lawrence has been fantastic during the purchase of our new property. The seller was less than cooperative at times and definitely caused delays during the process, despite this Lawrence was prompt to keep us updated with any progress (or delays) and what the best course of action would be for us next.     Great support through a tough sale

    Lawrence was a brilliant support throughout the sale of our house and purchase of a new property. There were lots of delays and difficulties with the new house purchase but Lawrence really advocated for us, kept us up to date with what was going on and pushed to get the sale across the line.

    Lawrence was efficient and easy to work with, any time I called he always answered or would be quick to call me back, as well as being responsive on emails. He was happy to explain the process and answer any questions I had as a first time buyer, and it was a smooth process overall. Amity Law operate an online system for checking funds and going through the initial documentation etc. which suited me. Would recommend.
