Gemma and her team where professional, approachable and very friendly. I would recommend to my friends and family. The only thing I would say (and I suppose this is industry wide) is when documents are sent to you it's not clear if they had looked at and approved the document,(as you would expect as they are working on your behalf and are protecting your interests) or it's your decision to sign/approve the documents

Great experience with Amity Law. Clear explanation of process. Quick response to email enquiries. Processes to follow for security checks, document signing etc was all via internet/apps. I could do all in own time after work which made it convenient. I am also not really tech savvy but didn't find any of the internet apps difficult or confusing - all were clear and easy to use for a non tech savvy person like me.

House move made easy!

Iftakhar was with me every step of the way, i was nervous at the start, as i like to deal with people in person, but i didn't need to worry, Iftakhar was on the end of an email or phone at all times. A breath of fresh air

The sale of my parent's bungalow has taken just over 2 years, 2 x estate agents and 3 x buyers. Throughout it all Lucy has been our constant support and guidance. Even when we thought it would never sell she would reach out to ask if there was any news or any changes she needed to know about, she stayed with us for the long haul and it was very much appreciated. She has a calm relaxed manner that puts you at ease and a way of explaining the jargon in much simpler terms helping to make our decisions easier and informed, Having sold a few properties in my time and dealing with solicitors for conveyancing, her approach was like a breath of fresh air, professional, relaxed and friendly and I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone looking for a conveyancing lawyer when selling or buying a property or both.

With all the stigma about how solicitors can be when you move house, I had none of this with Iftakhar, he kept me informed, everything was punctual, and where needed, he answered questions I had in terms I understood.
