Gemma and her team where professional, approachable and very friendly. I would recommend to my friends and family. The only thing I would say (and I suppose this is industry wide) is when documents are sent to you it's not clear if they had looked at and approved the document,(as you would expect as they are working on your behalf and are protecting your interests) or it's your decision to sign/approve the documents

Excellent service
Gemma is excellent in her work with no shortcuts especially with legal matters. This is my 4th property with her and very happy to go ahead with all my properties in future.

Stress free sale and purchase!
Gemma recently handled both the sale of my property and purchase of my new home. I was extremely impressed with how Gemma dealt with these matters which resulted in straightforward, stress free transactions. Gemma was very patient with me as am not familiar with probate nothing was to much trouble. I could ask her any questions and she would replied within the day.

Gemma, was excellent, thorough, look at all angles for us purchasing a leasehold and made sure we fully understood all information and legal jargon.
