Lease extension
I found Shahar to be extremely helpful and professional. Communication via email or phone was also very good, which in my experience isn’t always the case with solicitors. Thank you for your service. I would highly recommend and will use his services again in the future.

Purchase conveyancing

Property Purchase.
This is the fourth property that Shahar and Chloe have taken care of for me,
My experience with Shahar and Chloe is unquantifiable. They are incredibly thorough and painstaking in there dilligence, yet flexible in there approach.

Purchase of first buy to let
Purchased my first buy-to-let property and worked closely with Shahar and Chloe, they did a great job throughout the process. They kept me updated at every stage and worked quickly in the background through to completion. Would highly recommend them.

Property Purchase
I've used Sweeney Miller on numerous occasions and have been confident that each time they've handled things professionally and in a timely mannor.
Shahar was handling this case and his regular check-ins and fast responses gave me confidence that the conveyancing process was in safe hands. Despite some complications due to other parties Shahar was persistent in pressing for completion which meant everything proceeded in good time.
I will certainly be using Sweeney Miller again in the future!
