Truth Legal’s Catherine Reynolds offered a compassionate and knowledgeable dedication to my injured at work personal injury case, lasting nearly 4 ½ years before ultimately settling, against a very difficult and uncompromising defendant which is testament to her and her team’s skill. Although I feel like justice has not been served, this is something that no-one could offer except a time machine, and I truly believe Catherine, Elsie Parker (paralegal), Chris Lowe (barrister) and the rest of the team got as close as anyone could and I am forever grateful for this, particularly with such a complex case. Catherine was easy to contact and more importantly actually willing to be contacted if I ever needed. She responded in a timely manner and appeared to have a good instinct on when a phone call was more appropriate than email. My case threw allot at her and she took it all in her stride which I am still in awe over. The whole team went above and beyond more than once. A life-altering experience and daunting new future has become more manageable. I would not hesitate to contact Truth Legal again if I ever needed (hopefully I won’t need to).
