Stephanie was very pleasant and understood what we needed. The only criticism I have is the cost of the wills. It would probably have been cheaper to get it done through a charity but having dealt with Hall Reynolds in the past I trusted they would do a professional job with the added bonus that a solicitor's 'office' is easy for our executors to deal directly with in future. Stephanie did make us aware of the cost in our interview and we chose to continue, but it in future we will ask for the costs prior to the initial meeting.

Will advice and writing
A job I, like many others had put off for much too long. On a family members recommendation I called and made an appointment at Hall Reynolds. Stephanie Breeden was allocated to me and a very informative and friendly appointment took place where she talked me through how my wishes could be recorded, went through the costs involved for the will writing, and also advised me on what else I should think about and add to my will. Her responses were timely to my further queries before the final document was drafted. I can fully recommend the whole service I received. Thank you Stephanie
