I do not write reviews often but thank you Amy Matthews for the assistance that you gave me and my husband. Your advice was clear, and you were patient and helpful throughout. We are able to rest easy knowing that we have our affairs in order and will be sure to return should we need to review. Thank you sorting our life affairs in such a quick and friendly manner. Your advice at every step was really good and prompted us to consider matters deeper than we had initially thought of. There was no hesitation from you about presenting a worst case scenario and even though we were discussing some unpleasant issues, I felt a strong level of support at all times and you made it as light as you possibly could. Our understanding of things was very outdated which you graciously provided us with a revised explanation on and made us feel very comfortable, even if we were bumbling on about things relevant over 35 years ago! My only criticism is that I noticed the office could use a bit of TLC, and I think a cleaner space would benefit first impressions. I will say however that this does not reflect the impression that this young lady puts out there. I am glad that we stayed with you and will be using the firm for any future needs.

Amy the solicitor and Jan secretary are excellent I will be using their services again and have given Amy’s name to mates to sort out their affairs Jan is very helpful . Amy is very kind and explained my options clearly even when she needed to repeat herself she did not lose her smile which goes a long way to my trust in her . a very good and bright young girl Everything is sorted now with my concerns and I have piece of mind Highly recommend

Amy assisted me and my family with various Trust, Wills and property matters. She is thorough, knowledgeable and truly seems to care. She made quite a messy scenario play out as smoothly as it could have. I am so grateful for the patience and reassurance she showed with my dad, coming up with ways to adapt to our changing family dynamic halfway through the instruction which I know wasn’t easy, even with the difficulties she was a delight. Amy is brilliant and her assistant Jan is very helpful. There was always someone there to communicate with us and answer any queries. We highly recommend and and Jan to anyone needing advice. Amy - what can I say. Brilliant young lady. She dealt with probate for my family and a few other personal bits for me. She made the entire process easy. She clearly set out advice so that I could make informed choices. She is honest and very approachable. I've dealt with solicitors in the past and did not really know what was what but, what a contrast. Refreshing to say the least!
