I would like to extend my thanks and commend Tracy Read for her excellent professional service. Tracey oversaw the conveyancing of the sale of my mother's home, which was not straightforward. Tracey kept my mother and I updated whilst at the same time, being sensitive to my elderly mother's levels of stress. Tracey appeared to go above and beyond in her role as conveyancer, whilst remaining professional at all times. If I ever have to sell my home, I would want Tracey Read to over see the conveyancing. She was excellent! She is a credit to BakerLaw!

Amazing team!
We were recommended Tracey as a conveyancer for our first property. We had a few ups and downs with the whole process itself but Tracey, Emily and her team were amazing and kept us updated throughout the whole process. They were very thorough, clear, professional and assisted us with all of our queries. It made the process so much easier and with it being our first property, it was such a good experience.

Sale and Purchase
Tracey was fabulous throughout the whole process. She was very quick to respond to emails and phone calls, along with offering her best advice when asked certain questions. She was very thorough in searches and made sure we understood everything. Again, if we did have further questions she responded promptly making everything clear. From start to finish she was brilliant.

Fantastic Sevice

Very positive experience - I would highly recommend
Baker law handled everything with such professionalism and efficiency that I would recommend them to anyone looking for advice . I was kept fully informed throughout the process, and I was given everything in terms I could understand and make decisions on, with absolute faith in my solicitors knowledge and experience . Overall great, proactive solicitors
Tracey was responsive, fast acting and professional and we would recommend her in the future.
By no fault of her own directly the firm did Mis charge us witch (although not a huge amount) was still not ideal.
Having said that we managed to sort it quickly and they were very apologetic.
