Roshni joined Streathers in July 2021 following her re-location back to London and works in the Property department in the Clapham Office. Roshni advises on a variety of residential property matters which include the following: Sales and Purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity, Buy-to-Let transactions, Bridging finance, Staircasing transactions, Right to Buy transactions, Deed of Variations. Roshni provides a personal service to her clients and her calm and constructive approach enables her clients to meet their deadlines and achieve their objectives.
