An outstanding performance from Dawn and Maxine (sic.). Dawn thank you very much for all the detailed professional explanation, engagement and timely work to meet deadlines despite the tight schedules and pressure you were under caused by the 'pandemic rush' Q2 2021 when we transacted. We remember the tonnes of paperwork on your desk but yet you pulled it off just in time to meet our deadlines. Ben Wise was recommended to me by a friend and he did not disappoint. After suffering numerous fall throughs with various buyers and having to repeatedly deal with a very rude and difficult managing agent of the building, he helped me successfully auction my Clapham flat as well as complete on my onward purchase. He is not only extremely efficient at what he does but also compassionate, who truly went above and beyond.
