I recently had to extend a very short lease and was assisted in this by the excellent Neelam Trikha. From the outset, I was just so impressed by her communication, support and commitment to my dossier. Her advice was always timely, pertinent and conscientious. Her detailed knowledge and expertise in the field was commended by the freeholder's solicitor, who is one of the leading leasehold solicitors in London. I now have a 999 year lease, with clarifications of some key elements that were missing from the original version of the lease. This is all thanks to the skill and dedication of my solicitor Neelam Trikha, whose services and professionalism I can most highly recommend.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Claire helped us purchase our first home and not for one minute did we feel stressed when working alongside this wonderful lady and her team. Claire showed us efficiency, professionalism, clear communication & most importantly confidence in her job role. Very happy with the service from Amphlett Lissimore, Crystal Palace. Dealt with Shona Telford on probate and will-making matters. Good service from initial appointment-setting to resolution, as first-time customer transferring from another solicitor. Probate was handled sensitively and speedily. Fees were reasonable and clear. Grant of probate was confirmed much more quickly than expected. Felt confident and well-advised on drafting mirror-wills.

As a first time buyer, having Rebecca Hitchcock & Shakila engaged as my Conveyancer was great.
It took something like 24 weeks to progress the sale (largely due to the sellers conveyancer being adverse to any sort of communication). But Rebecca kept me in the loop throughout and was able to help manage escalation as needed. All important emails at critical moments were responded to in an extremely efficient manner.
I would use Amphlett Lissimore again, and would recommend them to others needing conveyancing.
