I recently had to extend a very short lease and was assisted in this by the excellent Neelam Trikha. From the outset, I was just so impressed by her communication, support and commitment to my dossier. Her advice was always timely, pertinent and conscientious. Her detailed knowledge and expertise in the field was commended by the freeholder's solicitor, who is one of the leading leasehold solicitors in London. I now have a 999 year lease, with clarifications of some key elements that were missing from the original version of the lease. This is all thanks to the skill and dedication of my solicitor Neelam Trikha, whose services and professionalism I can most highly recommend.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Claire helped us purchase our first home and not for one minute did we feel stressed when working alongside this wonderful lady and her team. Claire showed us efficiency, professionalism, clear communication & most importantly confidence in her job role. Nigel Matthews dealt with the sale of the family home and the purchase of a new apartment for my mother. Dealing with Nigel and his team was a real pleasure, and he helped navigate me through the process with patience and understanding - especially given that I was dealing with everything on behalf of my mother. Having dealt with solicitors in the past, my experience with Nigel was outstanding. Very responsive, knowledgable and extremely helpful. I never had to chase Nigel or the team for information or updates, and he responded to all emails within an hour or two. I do not hesitate to recommend Nigel and Amphlett Lissimore - they are simply superb. I would give 6 stars if I could.

We used Claire as our conveyancer for purchasing our first home and she was incredible. Both her and her assistant were very responsive and professional and we had no doubt over the quality of her work. Hopefully we never have to buy another house again but if we did, we will go straight back to her as she made the process a lot easier. We will also recommend her for anyone in need of conveyancing.

I have worked with Amphlette Lissimore Solicitors, very recently on a personal matter and they are nothing short of outstanding. Emily Prince is a fantastic lawyer. She is methodical, articulate, respectful and kind. She is sensitive to all aspects of my situation, not just the elements she is dealing with directly. This should have been a very simple case but became complicated for no real reason and as a result I spent much more time with Emily, than either of us could have imagined. I could write a novel but the message would be lost. I cannot recommend Emily and the team at highly enough.
