One of our big anxieties when first looking to buy property was finding the right solicitors/ conveyancers, so we spent a lot of time researching and looking for recommendations of local firms. We saw great things about Amphlett Lissimore at 18944, so thought we'd reach out to see what our initial impressions were and what they would quote us. From the initial contact with Joe, through to calls with Sheldon, emails with Steph, and our regular email contacts with Nigel, the whole process has been seamless from their side - despite us having numerous issues crop up with the actual property purchase (through no fault of theirs!). Nigel has always been incredibly quick to respond, which has been a huge relief, and has answered what we felt were silly questions with kindness and wisdom, that has been very reassuring through some tricky and stressful moments. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Amphlett Lissimore, and Nigel, and for this very reason we will be looking to speak with them about other services we need moving forwards, and would recommend them to others in a heartbeat.

I’ve used Amphlett Lissimore twice now - first Helena in the leasehold team to extend a lease on a flat, and then on the strength of that experience used the conveyancing team to sell the flat and purchase a house. Nick and Joe were brilliant throughout - so reassuring, had everything under control and I was always kept up to date on how everything was going. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been so pleasant, clear and helpful. Would certainly use the team again if needed - thanks!

Nick and Joe, were absolutely fantastic. Incredibly quick to respond, helpful, ensured all aspects of the buying process were accurately done and actioned on time. We worked with Amplett Lissimore to sell our house recently. Conveyancing is never amazinly fun, but they made it as low stress as possible. Our main contact Joe Matthews was great - efficient, friendly and kept us up to date on the transaction.
