This was my fourth house move, so I have some experience with using conveyancing solicitors. I was very pleased with the level of communication and engagement provided by Nicola Curtis, supported by Jasmine Dunne, and supervised by Claire Pays. A-L handled both the sale and purchase aspects of my move. During the sale, particularly towards the end of the process, Nicola was instrumental in addressing a series of queries from the buyers. We were able to remain firm and assertive, yet courteous, which helped ensure the sale reached a satisfactory conclusion without unnecessary concessions. For the purchase, Nicola also provided helpful post-completion advice regarding the requirement for vacant possession. Moving home can be stressful, but the conveyancing process was handled professionally, efficiently, and supportively throughout. I would be happy to recommend A-L and the West Wickham team to anyone seeking conveyancing services.
Nicola and the team were very professional and really helpful throughout the whole conveyancing process. The final stages of our sale were very stressful, with the other side coming back with a lot of unreasonable demands. Nicola did defend our interests very well, and took the time to talk through the options and next steps, which helped us keep a clear head and eventually see it through. Excellent down to earth, friendly and professional approach from both Claire and Nicola. Very early got sense of a desire to get things done with a minimum of needless fuss but to do the job.
We recently used the team for both the sale of our existing property and the purchase of our new home, with Xhesika handling our sale, Nicola handling our purchase, and Jasmine assisting with completion and the final stages. I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. Our sale was far from straightforward. However, Xhesika and Nicola were incredibly persistent and proactive in keeping things moving and doing everything they could to push the transaction towards exchange and completion. They consistently went above and beyond, chased matters when necessary, and never made us feel like we were just another case on a conveyancing pipeline. Communication was exceptional throughout. They were extremely responsive to emails, kept us informed at every stage and, importantly, explained things clearly whenever we weren't sure what was happening. Buying and selling a property can be incredibly stressful and confusing, but they made the legal side of the process feel understandable and manageable. Even when things became particularly frustrating, they remained professional, patient, kind and approachable. We always felt that they were genuinely invested in getting us to the finish line. Jasmine was also fantastic in dealing with completion day and the matters that followed, ensuring everything was dealt with efficiently and keeping us updated. I've used solicitors before, but I can honestly say that Xhesika and Nicola were outstanding and by far the best solicitors I've dealt with. They were actually recommended to us, and I'm so glad we took that recommendation. A huge thank you to Xhesika, Nicola, Jasmine and the wider team for all of your hard work, patience and dedication. You made a challenging transaction considerably easier, and we are incredibly grateful. We would absolutely use them again and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to friends, family or anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor.

I have been very impressed by the very professional and timely conveyancing service for my deceased mother’s probate property sale. My Wife and I sold and bought a house this year, using Amphlett Lissimore. Nicola who oversaw our case was absolutely brilliant, communicated clearly and easily and handled any problems quickly. Whenever we emailed / called in with problems or queries the responses were always detailed and clear helping us quickly reach a resolution.
