As a first time buyer I was apprehensive about all the legalities of buying a new home, however the team at Amphlett Lissimore were amazing at taking control of the entire process. This was my fourth house move, so I have some experience with using conveyancing solicitors. I was very pleased with the level of communication and engagement provided by Nicola Curtis, supported by Jasmine Dunne, and supervised by Claire Pays. A-L handled both the sale and purchase aspects of my move. During the sale, particularly towards the end of the process, Nicola was instrumental in addressing a series of queries from the buyers. We were able to remain firm and assertive, yet courteous, which helped ensure the sale reached a satisfactory conclusion without unnecessary concessions. For the purchase, Nicola also provided helpful post-completion advice regarding the requirement for vacant possession.
