Power of Attorneys and Drawing up Wills for us.
All meetings held in friendly and helpful manner, and all topics explained in simple language to understand. The whole process was very easy.

Katie Brett, based in West Wickham, was patient, kind, and took time to help me sort out a simple will.
She is a credit to the firm. I am a technical dinosaur, but she explained things to me in a way I could understand, not rushing me in any way / checking that what I required was done in a friendly, but efficient way. Thank you Katie. Your receptionist was also very pleasant.

Amending Joint Wills
Our legal exec, Katie Brett was most helpful. Consultations were carried out by phone which helped us as we live in Dorset. Katie was very supportive giving alternatives to providing information when I failed with the internet. Replies to emails, queries were always prompt, and I was informed when she had a week's leave. Her approach was friendly, supportive, and professional.

Excellent service
Katie Brett helped with preparing a will for my father. The service I received was excellent! Our meeting was conducted online with myself and my very elderly father. Katie was extremely patient, kind and friendly in dealing with my father. I was honestly surprised and delighted at how well she communicated with him, despite it being his first experience of talking to someone on zoom. I'm truly grateful for the help I received from Katie and her team. Katie could not have been more caring. Thank you!

Pleasant and professional
I had my Will rewritten and was very impressed with the service I received. From the moment I was offered a cup of tea or coffee until the moment I was ushered out I received very courteous and sympathetic service.
