    I am very happy with my experience with Gard & Co

    I would like to thank Jane Gilding of Gard & Co. I needed to re-write my Will following my recent bereavement. From my initial contact until receiving my completed Will, I felt that I was in really competent hands. I had been a bit anxious about things, but Jane put me at my ease and explained everything clearly to me. Jane didn't mind me asking her some basic questions about things I didn't completely understand. There were things I did need explaining regarding my late husband's Will Trust. I felt that Jane really cared, and that I wasn't 'just another client'. It was a pleasure to do business with Jane, and should I need advice in the future I will definitely contact her again. May I also thank her Legal Assistant (I think her name is Vittoria), who was very helpful and efficient. '

    Excellent Solicitors

    Jane Gilding and her assistant Frieda Stark-Georghiades at Gard & Co. were excellent in all my dealings with them during the writing of my new Will. Ms Gilding is an experienced solicitor with a thorough knowledge of her branch of the law. She was helpful at all times, gave good advice and answered all my questions with clear information. All was dealt with as speedily as I wished. I have had dealings with other Plymouth solicitors over the years, whose knowledge and service has been inferior to Gard's solicitors.

    The team at Gard & Co have been great to work with in dealing with Dad's estate. I had never done anything like this before. Jane gave clear guidance on the probate side, so that the full service was not needed. She handled just the strictly legal aspect which reduced costs. I don't feel that adding another layer to processes would have made things simpler. However the comprehensive service is available for anyone who is very worried. Jodie and Michelle dealt with the property side as a separate item and everything went as well as it could , despite some delays and issues with the buyers funding and some legal processes. I would highly recommend Gard & Co to anyone dealing with probate or a property sale. ( I am sure a purchase would be the same! ). Their fees were reasonable and no hidden extras

    Gard & Co provided excellent advice and service both in regard to the management of my mother's estate and subsequent conveyancing related to the sale of a property.
