Vicky qualified as a solicitor in November 2011 and joined Myerson’s commercial litigation department in October 2012. Vicky has been promoted twice during her time at Myerson: in September 2017 to Senior Associate and in September 2023 to Legal Director. Vicky’s promotion to Legal Director also coincided with her joining Myerson’s Insolvency and Restructuring Team on a full-time basis. As a commercial litigator, Vicky obtained a great deal of experience in dealing with high-value and complex litigation disputes, including claims heard by the most senior courts in England and Wales, such as the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.     Very professional and comprehensive service

    We have been using Myerson for our corporate affairs and so far, they have been brilliant. Very responsive and transparent. They can help with most, if not all, legal issues and recommend any specialist who might need to be involved in a particular case (for example, a tax advisor). You feel well looked after and safe as a client- so important when dealing with usually stressful legal issues and challenges.

    Comprehensive, helpful advice

    The matter was not straightforward, touching as it did on three different areas of law. The advice received was comprehensive and very clear, enabling me to fully understand the possible consequences of each of the different options available to me. I was pleased that the advice concluded with a definite recommendation (and rationale) rather than simply a "sitting-on-fence" restatement of the presenting issue and the pros and cons of the options. Ultimately, the decision on what action to take was mine alone, but, as a result of the advice received, I had confidence in reaching my decision.

    Joint venture share acquisition

    I have worked with Myersons for a number of years and find the working relationship very good. Tuned into requirements for small businesses and easy to do business with. Price always tricky with professional service firms, they are good a looking at their fees in the round and when they may not have been quite as efficient internally so in the round value for money is good.
