I contacted this firm as my disabilities and terminal health conditions were being totally dismissed by the administrations, it was a matter of negligence that this law firm took very seriously, as I am also terminally ill, a detail that I never mentioned to them as I felt from the very beginning of my contact with Natasha, that took matters in her hands and immediately engaged, that I am indeed speaking with someone extremely professional, but above all very thoughtful, caring with a level of humanity that deserves the most highest recognitions and if I can, I will extend my reach to present this firm for the Kings awards that they deserve. I lost hope after two refusals for my mum's visitor visa, but when read reviews about Natasha , I decided I should seak for her assinstance 3rd time. I talked to her on the phone and she was honest about my challenging case, she said it will be challenging but still possible. I remember how happy i felt aftet I talked to her. She gave me hope and I could see that she has confidence in her job, as previously I talked to several solicitors and non of them knew how to approach my mum's case with 2 refusals. Natasha is very lovely and it was a pleasure to work with her. She is professional and also very friendly, it took a lot of worries from me. She always answered my emails and any questions, she helped me with a template letter and amended my invitation letter, as my English not so great. She wrote a detailed covering letter to home office where she explained all previous errors, also she covered all aspects , showing them that my mum has strong intention to go back to her country. We were able to achieve a successful result for my mother visa, despite the challenges of her two previous refusals. I would definitely recommend Natasha to anyone who needs assinstance with applying for a visa and with any challenges, as she has great knowledge how to achieve great result.

Spouse Visa
OTB was recommended by a friend but the lawyer in question was a work permit lawyer. As my visa was a personal visa, I was assigned to Natasha Mitter. I am very pleased that Natasha was the one to support my husband and me during this complicated visa process. Smith family - visa and right to abode
Once I knew I was getting transferred to the UK, my husband and I immediately started researching and contacting immigration firms and individual immigration lawyers. We had several consultations, but everywhere we tried, it was frustrating - we felt like we would end up being one case for a large corporate firm, some lawyers would take a week or more to even get back to us, and overall everybody else felt very unpersonable. It was so refreshing to find OTB, and Natsha in particular! She was absolutely fantastic from the first minute: knowledgable, organized, and so friendly. We immediately had every confidence in trusting our immigration process with her, and didn't even need to think twice about moving forward under her guidance. Throughout the entire process of helping me with my spouse visa, and my daughter with her right to abode, she was always there, and had every bit of information that we needed. Even though there was a very tight timeframe for getting my visa, it got here with time to spare! All of us have been so stressed and busy with every aspect of relocation, but Natasha made the immigration process so straightforward, she really took a lot of time and care into making sure everything was correct and on track. What should have been the most stressful part of relocation was something that I never even worried about, thanks to her. I can't tell you how much that means to us! She always responded so quickly to emails too! Even though OTB was more expensive than some of those other firms, it was worth every single penny to have Natasha on the case, and would love to have her help with everything that we need moving forward. Thank you so much! I'm checking every box below, because she honestly exceeded every singe one of our expectations. I can't say enough that will really capture in words how great Natasha is.

Correction on my Naturalization Certificate
I had a fantastic experience with OTB Legal. I was struggling with my application for a correction, but after meeting with Natasha Mitter, one of the lawyers at OTB Legal, everything started falling into place. She guided me through the entire process, and the company took care of all the necessary documents. They prepared the application and sent a letter to the Home Office on my behalf. After a few weeks, I received a letter from the Home office confirming that the correction had been made and that they would be sending the certificate soon.

Success with my citizenship application.
This is not the first time I have used Axis Solicitors, and it certainly will not be my last, if in the future I may need the help of a lawyer.

Natasha is the best!
I became a client of Axis Solicitors in 2023 to do a spouse visa for my husband. Our immigration matter was very complicated.
My husbands matter was dealt with by Natasha Mitter. When i saw natasha, she gave me such a warm and welcoming vibe.
A young talented girl who is so so happy to help and go out of her way. She is so talented oh my . She was available to answer any questions at any time whether it meant putting me at ease after working hours.
My husband could not do the English test due to his medical conditions and natasha informed me from the beginning that the medical evidence provided may not be accepted by the home office and the matter may proceed to appeal. I was informed of this possibility from the beginning.
Unfortunately the home office refused my husbands spouse visa application stating that he did not complete the English test and the medical evidence provided was not good enough.
Natasha provided me with great comfort and she suggested that we appeal this decision and she showed her determination to get this overturned. I just knew in that moment that I had so much faith in her. In the mean time my husband continously tried to pass the English test but failed due to his conditions.
The appeal took over a year to reach a hearing stage and natasha provided me with updates whether she has heard back or not every month. I was so so so pleased with the services provided.
Natasha prepared the hearing in such a way that the judge and home office did not have much to say on the day of hearing and the judge even praised her work.
The appeal was allowed and the decision has now been overturned. I am so so so so grateful to Natasha Mitter. She is the best solicitor i have come across
So much care, passion and emotions towards her job as a solicitor.
She has not only made my depression go away but she has my blessings always and she will be very successful. I recommend natasha to everyone who is looking for someone who will be passionate about their case.
