During the course of selling my house, we encountered a significant problem when an incomplete lease agreement was discovered. However, thanks to the professional assistance of Solidum Solicitors, the situation was swiftly and effectively resolved. Nipunie, in particular, played a crucial role with her proactive approach and clear communication, ensuring a smooth resolution to the issue at hand.
Not only did Solidum Solicitors rectify the incomplete lease problem, but Nipunie may also have saved the timely completion of my house sale.

Very good service. Solidum Solicitors helped us with an application to the Charity Commission which was successful in the first attempt.
