I have used at least 6 different conveyancers over the past 5 years and have to say these were the best by a long shot. They were recommended from the estate agent who I was buying from and to be honest, I wasnt expecting too much. However, they excelled in every aspect of my purchase and did everything possible to get the completion done on the date requested. They were always on the front foot and chasing the sellers soicitors on a daily basis to provide the necessary information. They always kept me abreast of progress. I was contacted almost on a daily basis. Everything was explained to me as if I was a layman and they even took the time to answer the most basic of questions I had. The completion date although very tight was met easily and with little drama or effort which i was extremely impressed with. If you need a reliable, honest, hard working and value for money conveyancers, then I would highly recommend them.
