I honestly cannot thank Ellen and Julie enough for everything they have done for me throughout what has been a very long and difficult journey. From the very beginning, they made me feel reassured, listened to and, most importantly, heard. Before meeting them, I never felt like my voice was truly being listened to, but Ellen and Julie completely changed that for me. They took the time to understand my situation, answer all of my questions (even the repetitive and probably annoying ones 😅), and supported me every step of the way. There were many difficult and dark days throughout this journey, but Ellen and Julie had a way of brightening those days and giving me reassurance when I needed it most. Their kindness, patience, understanding and genuine care made such a huge difference to me, especially during the moments when everything felt overwhelming and lost. They went above and beyond to help me through such a hectic and prolonged battle, and I genuinely believe I would not be where I am today, or have the outcome I have, without their help, dedication and support. What meant the most to me was that they never made me feel like a burden. No matter how many questions I had or how many times I needed reassurance, they always took the time to listen and support me. That level of compassion and understanding is something I will never forget. I will forever be grateful to Ellen and Julie for everything they have done for me. I could not recommend them enough to anyone who may find themselves in a similar situation. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart for fighting alongside me, for listening to me, for supporting me, and for brightening some of my darkest days. ❤️
